We offer a variety of species/kinds of wood chunks for smokers, grills and pizza ovens.  In stock now we have apple, cherry, hickory, red oak, white oak, maple and beech.  We cut the wood in 3" to 4" chunks and bag it.

  • PRODUCT INFO

    All our wood is air dried - not kiln dried.  We pile the wood for at least 1 year or until at the proper moisture to still add flavor to your food when cooking with the wood chunks.
